Tom Butler leads Nexverges with over 15 years of experience in financial technology and institutional growth strategy. Since 2020, he has guided the company’s transformation into a next-generation trading platform, regulated in the U.S. and powered by AI.
Tom has previously advised major international financial institutions and led strategic collaborations with technology firms including OpenAI and Google. Under his leadership, Nexverges has launched proprietary tools for institutional-grade equity trading across global markets.
Andrew Miller brings deep expertise in AI infrastructure and real-time financial modeling. Formerly leading AI innovation at Google, Andrew joined Nexverges to drive the platform’s core technology and quantitative engine.
He oversees architecture, machine learning integration, and system-level scalability—ensuring Nexverges delivers reliable execution and intelligent automation across U.S. equity markets.
Michael Harris has over a decade of experience in international financial market operations, focusing on regulatory structuring and cross-border market access.
Since joining Nexverges in 2024, he has led the firm’s global product strategy, building region-specific deployment models and driving growth across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. His leadership ensures Nexverges meets the needs of both institutional and individual investors worldwide.
